Registered Charity 1125170
UPDATE: Inline with Government and Swim England guidance our swim sessions are currently suspended untill further notice.
Every year, SDSG volunteers need to raise funds to help pay for the charity's annual insurance, affiliation, administration, equipment, pool hire, volunteer training and lifeguard costs. Although, SDSG membership and entry fees help, there is still a large shortfall and volunteers are working hard behind the scenes throughout the year to raise the money, may that be through external funding bids, grants, fundraising events or securing services/equipment free of charge.
In 2018, the charity's total income was £10,973.49 and only £1,485.50 came from fees due from its members/service users.
Please remember to confirm whether you would like Scarborough Disabled Swimming Group to claim Gift Aid on your donation and any past or future donations you make. This could enable us to claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate with no extra cost to you. We can also claim Gift Aid on your Annual Membership Fees. Please complete a Gift Aid Declaration or during a swim session complete a Gift Aid Envelope.
