Our sessions follow a fortnightly rhythm on a Saturday evening
normally between 05:30 and 7:00pm.

Booking is required to avoid disappointment.

From time to time, we may also be able to offer extension activities outside of our fortnightly swim session, subject to external funding and available volunteer teachers.
The table shown is an indication of the activities that may be available during our main fortnightly swim session.
