A first swim session with us is friendly, calm, and focused on helping you feel comfortable. When you arrive, simply come to the swimming pool reception desk, where our team will greet you, answer any questions, and show you around the facilities so you know what to expect. Depending on your health or support needs, you may be invited to a short pre‑swim chat with a Swim Navigator to discuss what will help you most.
